Because every situation is different we are open to discuss what best suits the needs of your pet(s).  Below is a sample rate sheet.
Our service includes a daily activity report / text, walk/run play time/treats and fresh water with every visit. Daily activity updates are texts or emails or notes (brief updates), left for you to read when you return home or texts to stay in touch. Whatever you prefer! A “picture of the day” is included with the text / email updates. The “picture of the day” is the best picture (on that day) of your pets at play or just hanging out and relaxing!  We've received great feedback from clients regarding our photography updates!

General idea of what services are included with each visit (if appropriate):
Pet sitting is approximately a 30-45 minute visit depending upon needs of pet(s)
Feeding and fresh water
Potty breaks / walks
Administering medicines
Scooping litter
Clean/change of bedding 
Collecting mail
Turning on and off lights
Trash out to the curb / removal
Watering plants (indoor and outdoor)
Most importantly your pet has company and will enjoy active play time with each and every visit -- reducing stress and anxiety while you are away.

Rate sheet

We provide many levels of care. Here are some examples:
ALL visits include a daily activity report, walk/run, play time/treat and fresh water. We are not watchers on the run- we provide quality time with your pet(s) in order to keep them safe, content and well loved.

Feline friends:

• A 30 minute visit for one or two cats starts at $24 per visit.
• A 30 minute visit for three+ cats would be $26.+

Canine friends:

• A 30 minute mid-day dog visit for one or two dogs: *$24- 25., + per visit.  
• A 30 minute visit for three dogs or many pets -- or a farm or horse care ranges from *$25- $38 per visit  
• A 45 minute visit for one dog is *$32. (three dogs is $36+.)
• A one-hour visit with one dog starts at *$36 (for three or more dogs it would be $44+)

* "Daily visit" rates vary depending on individual dog walking or pet (special care) needs and/or fenced-in yard, etc.
*We work with animals that may need extra care, such as: Diabetic cats and other special-needs animals.

Holiday rates  
There will be a holiday fee of $12 per visit for the current rate for services on designated holidays. This fee is applied per visit on the following designated holidays only, and not for the entire service period. Holidays include: Easter Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

Cancellation fees
A $50 Last Minute Request fee will be automatically billed for cancellations within 5 days of Holiday bookings (see above for Holiday Rates for what is considered Holiday Days). We reserve the right to bill 50 percent of the total booking balance if cancelled within three days of the first visit / start. We reserve the right to charge $30 for all Last Minute Requests to cancel for all other bookings. 

Slumber Party Cancellations: We require 50% of the total stay if cancelled within a week of your reservation. Holiday cancellations within the week of the holiday is 100% of the total. We hold the space for you when you make your reservation, and that could mean a full room of space.

Overnight care

Stays start at $105 / night

Overnights include evening and morning walks, food, a lot of one-on-one attention/play time, and an activity report.
Does not include midday visits.  Why overnight care?

• Your pet will stay clean at home
• Your pet may stay healthier at home; no exposure to viruses or parasites from other animals
• Preparation of your pet's regular or special diet is included
  
  

Charges are based on travel time, travel expense, and the number, species, and needs of each of your pets. Every situation is unique so we are always open to discussing your situation and needs. Prices do not include purchasing food or supplies (if needed).

• Turn Out Package: $34 / 2 Horses - Additional Horses: $5. per 
• Includes: hay, grain, fresh water, supplements, bring in from turnout or take out to pasture, stall cleaning, treats.
• Pasture Only: $26 / 2 Horses - Additional Horses: $4. per
